What do you need a porta potty for?
Pick the path that matches your job. Each one answers sizing, timing and what the truck brings for that situation.
How many porta potties do I need?
Plan one standard porta potty for every 50 guests at a four-hour event, or one for every 20 workers on a jobsite. Add units for alcohol and longer events, and make 5 percent accessible when the public attends. The order builder below does the math for you.
Tell us what the toilet is for. The builder applies the same planning table dispatch uses on the phone and shows what goes on the truck.
Jobsites get OSHA Table D-1 counts plus our one-per-15 recommendation. Events get one unit per 50 guests, more for bars and long evenings, and the 5% accessible rule when the public attends. Home emergencies get a straight answer about today.
Recommendations follow our planning table (one unit per 50 guests per 4 hours; OSHA Table D-1 for crews). Dispatch confirms the final count on the phone.

Why rent from a local Bend operator instead of a national number?
Most "Bend porta potty" numbers ring a national desk that resells your order to whoever has a truck. Ours rings our own dispatcher in Bend.
A national number
- Answers from a call center that then looks for a hauler
- Quotes "$300 to $400, depending on availability"
- Fuel surcharge, convenience fee and card fee added to the invoice
- Same-day means an emergency fee of $100–$200
- Cannot tell you when the truck will come
- Declines your ZIP after taking your details

Units on the job

Questions Bend renters ask before booking
How much does it cost to rent a porta potty in Bend?
A standard unit for a weekend event starts at $225 with delivery and pickup included. A standard unit on a jobsite or home project is $280 per 28 days plus a one-time $60 delivery-and-pickup charge inside Bend, with weekly service included. Deluxe flushing units with a sink start at $290 for a weekend. Oregon has no sales tax. Full pricing page.
Can you deliver today?
Inside Bend, same-day delivery is available when you call before 12:00 PM Monday through Saturday. After noon we tell you straight whether a driver can still fit you in; if so, a $75 rush fee applies. Redmond, Sisters and Sunriver are usually next morning.
Do I have to be there when you deliver?
No one needs to be present. Mark the spot with a cone or ribbon, or email a photo, and make sure gates are unlocked or we have the code. The driver calls 20–30 minutes before arrival.
My event is on Saturday. When does the unit arrive?
Friday, between 7 AM and 5 PM. We pick up Monday. The weekend package is one price, so the extra days cost nothing.
If I only need it for three days, do I still pay for a month?
Weekend and short-term rentals are priced as a flat package for up to four days, so a three-day need is billed as one weekend package, not a month. Rentals longer than four days move to the 28-day cycle, which includes weekly cleaning.
Can the unit go in my backyard?
Usually. The service truck carries a 15-foot hose, so the unit can sit up to 15 feet from where the truck parks. A standard unit is 43.5 inches wide and rolls through a 36-inch gate on a dolly. Sloped driveways are fine if the final pad is level.
How often is it cleaned?
Monthly rentals are serviced once a week: tank pumped, interior washed and sanitized, deodorizer refilled, paper and sanitizer restocked. Weekend event units arrive cleaned and stocked; add a mid-event service for long or large events.
Can I cancel if it rains?
Cancel at least 24 business hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund, processed to your card within 5–10 business days. Inside 24 business hours we charge the delivery fee only.
Are you a local Bend company or a national call center?
Local. Tony Rental Works is based in Bend, and the person who answers schedules the day's deliveries. Nothing is brokered to another hauler.
Do you rent portable toilets for construction sites?
Jobsite rentals are most of what we do: standard units on 28-day cycles with weekly service, sized to OSHA Table D-1, relocated on site during the service visit, with invoiced accounts for contractors. Construction page.
Do you deliver to Redmond, Sisters, Sunriver and La Pine?
Every weekday and Saturday. Those towns are on the north, west and south routes out of Bend, with next-morning delivery standard and same-day when a truck is already out that way. Service areas.
How do I reach you after hours?
The office line forwards to Tony after 7 PM and on Sundays for Bend emergencies. The quote form is answered first thing the next morning.
